Finally, Los defines the finite limits of the time/space continuum in which he

and Enitharmon now exist:

Since Albion is asleep, the total mental activity, or "bright world" of the time/space continuum "of all" their joy," is under Urizen's jurisdiction. Thus, Enitharmon calls on Urizen to descend and impose order:

"Descend, 0 Urizen, descend with horse & chariot'

"Threaten not me, 0 visionary; thine the punishment.
